Professor gets murdered while on his way to an illicit sexual encounter in the college library. Lots and lots of potential suspects

After a great start (I'd laughed out loud twie by page 1) it somehow seemed to go off the boil. Very readable but didn’t sustain the excitement and fun of the first couple of chapters somehow. And the eventual solution was a bit far fetched.

As always with Sandford though, well worth reading.
