A novel that attempts to highlight the difficulties faced by Catholics trying to conform to the church's teaching on birth control.

A bit like Ginger, You're Barmy, I'd thought this book was a bit weak. And like that book, I was wrong: it's not such an impressive work as some of his later books but it's still very readable.
