The Psychopath Test, by Jon Ronson

Six months since I read this, so I can't remember much except I enjoyed it. Quotes I marked out at the time:

'She was interviewing a psychopath. She showed him a picture of a frightened face and asked him to identify the emotion. He said he didn't know what the emotion was but it was the face people pulled just before he killed them.'

He goes to visit a successful business man who's been described as having psychopathic tendencies and asks the man if he can see why people might think that, reeling off a list of tendencies common to psychopaths:

'Grandiose sense of self-worth?' I asked.

This would have been a hard one for him to deny, standing as he was below a giant oil painting of himself.
