Wilt, by Tom Sharpe

I read this (and a load of other Tom Sharpe books), probably when I was about 17, and remember it being hilarious.

This time round, not so much. Some of the farce was funny, and the section in the police station where Wilt had no trouble resisting interrogation after having learned to cope with teaching "The Lord of the Flies" to Meat 3 did make me laugh. But overall it was a bit disappointing and felt dated.
